1.To start order, you can browse our site and go to "Products Gallery" to find what you are looking for.

2. Designs are grouped together and presented a "thumbnails", which are smaller images of products. Click on this thumbnail to view the design page which contains a larger image. You can order the item by selecting any required attributes such as design and color, then tell us the item code you choose.

3. An order must be at least 100 yards each design each color with the payment term D/P 50% and 50% at delivery. Delivery Lead Time is one month up depend on the order quantity.

4.  For current price information, please send an email to info@batikjawa.com.  Please provide us with information about your type business, location, and the items you are interested in.

5. Basically, all prices are quoted F.O.B. Tanjung Emas - Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia.  In order to quote shipping costs, please advice your choice of sea/airport for receipt of shipment.  We will prepay and add shipping charge to your invoice unless otherwise specified. As purchaser, you are responsible for customs charges.  Please contact a Customs Clearing Broker or Import Agent, they should provide you information about fees and duties that may apply in your country.

6.  We are more than happy to provide "samples" for courier service (such as UPS, FeDex, DHL, etc.) account holder.  Delivery charges will be billed to your account.

7. We offer various kinds of batik fabric, If you cannot find what you are looking for, please email us and let us know what you have in mind.
